Service Description

This program consists of twelve 45 minute, biweekly sessions over the course of 6 months, and I'll check in with you weekly. You will select which aspects of your wellness you want to focus on, and we'll progress through changes that will boost your overall health, and leave you resonating in your Healthy Vibration.
