Book a single session, after you've completed a free Health History Consultation. We'll focus on a wellness goal and develop strategies to achieve it over time. Use this option for a pay-as-you-go approach, where you have the flexibility to schedule and pay for sessions when it works best for you. Book as many sessions as you like, limit one per week.
